During a private yoga session, the breathing exercises, postures and meditations are adapted to your wishes and needs. If you need it, we can work on specific complaints and/or objectives.
Start with yoga A private yoga class is a good way to start with yoga. For many people, a group lesson is quite exciting because you don’t know what to expect and often the lesson goes so fast that it is difficult to keep up. During a private lesson we adapt the lesson to your tempo and level and there is room to ask questions.
Working on specific goals or complaints During a private lesson there is time and space to work on specific goals or complaints. We can use the yoga postures, meditations and breathing exercises to achieve your goals.
Plan the class when it suits your schedule The big advantage of a private lesson is that you can schedule it when it suits you best.
Hi, my name is Edine. As a yoga teacher and the face behind Zensez | Yoga at home I teach 1:1 sessions of yoga, meditation and breathwork and monthly workshops.
I want to inspire you to fully empower yourself and to find a better life and work balance. So that you can be more relaxed in life, even if life is sometimes hectic.
During my sessions I guide you through various techniques to complete relaxation of body and mind.
